1. SHIPPING COSTS

If shipping costs apply, they will be borne by the Customer. The final cost of shipping depends on various factors, including the total value of the order, the destination address, and the weight or volume of the items purchased.

To determine the exact shipping cost, please add your desired products to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address during checkout. The system will automatically calculate and display the applicable shipping fee based on your location and order details.

2. SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING

Estimated delivery times for domestic U.S. orders are as follows:

  • Contiguous United States: 2–5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 5–10 business days

For international orders:

  • Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, a second email will be sent containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment. If you created an account with us, you can also access tracking updates directly from your account dashboard.

Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to become active, especially during weekends or holidays. Shipments are processed and handled during business days only.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

The customer is also responsible for understanding the import regulations of their country. Shelza will not be liable for any customs delays, confiscations, or additional import procedures that may arise.

4. DELIVERY LIABILITY

Shelza is committed to dispatching orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest)
  • Courier company delays
  • Customs inspections or border-related issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer

An order is considered delivered when the shipping company marks the package as delivered at the provided address. It is the Customer’s responsibility (or that of their authorized recipient) to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and to report any visible damages to the carrier on the delivery note.
