Shelza – General Conditions of Purchase

These General Conditions regulate the purchase of products through the website https://shelza.com, owned and operated by Shelza (hereinafter referred to as “Shelza”). The purpose of these Conditions is to define the rights and responsibilities that govern the purchasing contract signed by the Customer and Shelza.

Consumer rights are protected under the laws and regulations of the Customer’s country of residence. Shelza complies with applicable laws governing the sale of goods, customer rights, and electronic commerce in Bangladesh and any applicable international norms where relevant.

These General Conditions are directed solely to consumers (natural persons or legal entities) who make purchases for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession. These conditions do not apply to wholesale or business-to-business purchases.

The completion of a purchase through Shelza’s website implies acceptance of these General Conditions, as well as any Specific Conditions presented during the order process.

Shelza may modify these General Conditions at any time. It is recommended to read them before completing a purchase. Any modifications will not apply to orders placed before the update.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the Customer will be notified and may choose between a revised delivery date, a replacement, or a full refund.

3. Prices and Taxes

Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order value. Exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Time and Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Shelza.

6. Inspection of Goods

Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours, along with photos of the product and packaging, to support@shelza.com.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for compensation or replacement.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately to request cancellation.

8. Returns & Exchange Policy

8.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
8.2 Return Due to Damage or Wrong Item
  • Must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Include order number, description, and photos.
  • Shelza will provide a replacement or full refund depending on the case.
8.3 Non-returnable Items
  • Personal care items, opened hygiene products, and perishables cannot be returned unless faulty.

9. Warranty

All products come with a standard warranty of 1 year unless otherwise specified. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.

10. Compensation

Shelza is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damage arising from improper use. The total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
