At Shelza, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear and fair. To exchange a product, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products may be returned for the following reasons:

1. Return Due to Withdrawal from Purchase

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason — whether it didn’t meet expectations, you changed your mind, or no longer need it.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@shelza.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Name of the product(s) being returned

Please use the subject line: “Order Return – [Order Number]”

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
  • The product must be clean, undamaged, and ready for resale.

Note: Some items may have special return restrictions due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons.

2. Return Due to Damage During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item, its packaging, and the courier’s label

These photos will help us process a claim with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Due to Product Fault/Defect – Warranty

All Shelza products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty period begins on the date shown on your purchase receipt. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Once returned to our facility, our technicians will inspect the item and either:

  • Repair it
  • Replace it with a new unit
  • Issue a refund if neither option is viable

Note: For items considered “consumable goods” (e.g., batteries), warranty coverage is determined based on typical usage and expected life cycles.

4. Return Due to Wrong Item Received

If you received a product that doesn’t match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to support@shelza.com with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Incorrect item received
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the incorrect one to be returned at no additional cost.
